Problem with restart computers on Dell laptops after install

Hi,
I have a problem with restart (after installing Windows 1709 using SCCM) with old DELL laptops (E6440 or E7470).

I am a web developer and I design a website on my laptop, I upload websites on the server from my laptop but after restart data seems to be lost , During OSD i enable hyper-v and enable in BIOS virtualization. Maybe problem is with virtualization?

During OSD after restart (few times) computer stop on black screen and wait ?!? for my hard reset. After hard reset installation will be continue. Does anyone know what it can be related to?
