Unfortunately only forum mods can view attachments. Please list your specs and what version of Windows 10 you are using as text in a reply.
1. What antivirus or antimalware software are you using? These can cause a problem.
2. Check for any malware on your system. You might try using the free version of Malwarebytes to do a scan as well as doing a scan by your AV.
3. Review what is installed on your system. If there is anything you are sure you don't need or don't use, uninstall it.
3. If there is still an issue, download SysInternals Process Explorer.
4. Run it. Make sure "View" is set to "Show Lower Pane" and "Lower Pane View" is set to "DLLs". Click on the "System" line.
5. Click on "File" > "Save as" and save the .TXT file that it will generate.
6. Open the file in Notepad or another other text editor and copy and paste the data from the file into a reply.
