Probably was built on the date shown. I do not know if such info is kept in the actual battery but it wasn't being used until you purchased it. But even when you have it, all it is showing is number of hours and I see on indication of charge level or number of hours you were using the system.
Maybe if you wait a couple of days and make sure and use the battery during part of that time, the report produced will give you more info.
The only thing I see on the battery report, that means anything is the time "On connected standby". Everything else is just a counter. A battery report is supposed to show much more that what you are seeing.
When I get back on a laptop, I will run a report on mine to compare..
