Realtek Audio Driver Update | XPS 15 9560

I updated from 6.0.1.8569 A13 to the latest 6.0.1.8622 A14 and noticed I get a Reliability Error recorded everytime I boot.  The error is from IntelAudioService.exe crashing.  I dropped back to 6.0.1.8569 and get no error. Everything seems to work OK but when I check the Reliability History an error exist after boot.

Did the update come from Dell or Realtek? You cannot use Realtek drivers (or any other manufacturers' drivers) unless it comes from Dell. Dell customizes drivers for your exact motherboard. Good thing you were able to rollback.

It came from dell on 20 March 2019.  It seems to work OK except for the error in the Reliability History.  I didn't even notice that until about a week later.  The intel driver shouldn't even be trying to load as it isn't used. It looks like the Dell driver update didn't turn the Intel off.
