XPS 13 9360, SSD installation causes RAM failure

XPS 13 9360
Motherboard: D4J15
SSD DISK: 970 EVO Plus Samsung
BIOS VERSION: 2.13.0
BOOT: UEFI

Issue:
Without SSD disk installed I can access BIOS, boot Ubuntu LIve CD from USB.
With SSD disk installed I'm receiving:

2 amber 4 white - MEMORY RAM FAILURE
Rarely I'm receiving 2 amber 5 white - INVALID MEMORY INSTALLED

RAM is soldered
SSD is brand new
Any ideas why is that happening?
