Service tag not showing Warranty status
Hi,
A service tag for my dell XPS 15 9575 does not show warranty information but is able to state the duration of the warranty.
i was hoping if this could be delved into and possibly receive some feedback as to why

Thanks for trying. The transfer may not go through as this system was sold through a reseller and does not have a warranty with Dell. I recommend you reach out to the reseller for assistance. They would assist you with any technical and customer support questions you may have.

That is all that is shown on the page. Click on Warranty Details on that page for more info. That model came out in 2018 so the usual one year warranty could have expired.
