Service tag not valid
Hi,
I've bought an XPS 9560 from a local seller(not from dell official). But I found the service tag is missing(see the picture).
And I do some research, which leads me to get the tag from bios. Unfortunately, the service tag seems invalid on dell website. What should I do in order to get it right?

Call Dell tech support for your region and they can activate and restore the tag.

Contact the seller. If they can't resolve the issue, return the system to them for a refund.
