Sound not working after windows update

So yesterday everything was working fine, I shut down the computer and it asked me to install windows updates, I did so and after that, the SOUND was gone. The following steps have already been done by me,

Went to device manager, removed the Realtek drivers to install a fresh copy.

Reinstalled the Realtek drivers (both through the website and dell service page).

Rebooted and the device manager didn't show Realtek or High definition audio.

Strangely I can't even launch the Realtek application by clicking on it.

dxdiag shows no sound card installed.

Un-installed latest Realtek drivers and installed a version before it from Dells site, still no sound.

All bluetooth speakers connected to the laptop give out perfect sound.

Gave up installed fresh windows (kept all my old data).

Installed all drivers chipset, sound, interface. Rebooted.

Startup in task manager shows Realtek Audio Manager as enabled.

The sound Icon at the bottom still says no audio device detected.

Have no clue what to do.
