Support Assist bios connect not availible and how to decide the proper image to DL

I've been wondering why i was able to DL the OS once via SystemAssist and cannot figure out how to do it again. When i press f12, no option comes up. I do have  both options in the Supportassist options checked.  I'm stuck.

I'm baffled which image to DL as there are 6 to choose from.  Why does Dell leave out the info to decide this?
