Support Assist not installing Critical Updates

Question

HI For some reason  Support Assist is failing to install Critical Updates it finds itself? See here   Anybody got a fix for this

You will need to uninstall and re-install SA.

To better assist you, the members would need the exact model number of your laptop/desktop???

Uninstall SA and then install this one.

Dell Update - SupportAssist Update Plugin:

https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=nfn97&oscode=wt64a&productcode=xps-15-9560-laptop

Sometimes you may need to install the drivers manually.

HI  I followed your advice it showed only 1 update needed Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver   But this fails as well when I search for it shows nothing unless i pic 32 bit???
