SupportAssist has it's own quirks. 

Install Dell update application to update the drivers.

Well it is now August 12, 2022 and Dell Support Assistant has yet to update any drivers. I can go online to do it, but not all apply to our laptop, which kind of frustrates me as to which one I should download and in what order...

I can't really help with Support Assist or Dell-Update (as I don't use them).

However, I do have an XPS--15_9520 here, and can tell you this.

If your Device-Manager is free of errors and the laptop is working, there are no updates that you particularly need at this time. And if some driver DOES become available, it will be offered to you from Microsoft's Windows-Update.

I installed it, and it didn't do anything, just sat there for 10 minutes and then closed.

For the first two months, the Support Assistant updated nearly every time that I used it. I refuse to believe that for the past three months there are no updates. 

No Events found!
