SupportAssist OS Recovery reset fails every time with Dell XPS 9300
I'm trying to do a factory reset using the SupportAssist OS Recovery tool. I have:
- Dell XPS 9300
- SupportAssist V5.4.1
I've tried 4 times now and it fails every time at 63.80% at the "Extract Driver Files" stage.
My laptop is now unusable with no apparent way to fix it.
No Events found!

Tried again using a different USB drive and still get same problem.
However, I noticed that if I now do a reboot and re-start the recovery process the Repair option is now available. The Repair seems to work which then allows me to boot into Windows for the first time.
