SupportAssist problem
I have an XPS 13 9360. It has failed to boot and no repairs or restore point actions have helped. In Support Assist, I have backed up. It took 3 days and 2 attempts but I got there. Support Assist won't let me restore because it found it isn't the current version of Support Assist. I have no way of updating it as I can't boot the PC, therefore I can't move forward. Help?
