System gets stuck on booting screen after restart when drivers are installed

So rececently i got the xps from my girlfriend cuz she didnt used it anymore. She havent used it for like a year anymore. As i got it it showed lot of critical updates for system and drivers. After I installed them the touchscreen and the pen functions didnt work anymore. So I tried to restart the system. Thats when stuff got crazy. The system wouldnt boot, it got stuck on loading screen. So I had to reinstall the system. Thats when it got even crazier. When I wanted to pick a particion where windows should have benn installed no drives showed up. Then i researched for a long time and found that i have to manually add the drivers to be able to install windows while in RAID mode. So i flashed the usb drive with the IRST-Drivers.

Then I was actually able to pick a particion to install the windows. I installed windows. I downloaded the Dell Updater software. "Dell/Alienware Update Windows Universal". It wanted to install me like 6 drivers. After it tried to install them 4 of were stated as Failed to install. After that the updater said to restart the system. Then while it said Restarting System for like 10 minutes a BlueScreenofDeath popped with the error message DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. After that it got stuck on the booting screen again just like before and had to reinstall win again just like before. I did that like 15 times already. I have tried everything I tried to update with the windows build-in updater I tried to manually download and install the drivers. I dont know what to do anymore. Anyone some ideas?

Update:

I can provide pictures if that helps

This page at Drivereasy may help. Also try changing from RAID to AHCI. If you make that change in the BIOS you will have to reinstall Windows but you are headed in that direction anyway.
