System problem with XPS 13 7390

I received computer XPS 13 7390 developer edition yesterday. My computer should come with unbuntu system, but when I start it it shows unable to find a medium containing a live file system.

So, I want to reinstall a windows 10 system. Is it ok? Will it influence my warranty? How should I install win 10 system?
