TB16 vs WD22TB4

Is the WD22TB4 a good replacement for the TB16. I have basically started from zero with the TB16 - updated FW, updated, drivers, .... I even changed all the Ethernet cables. 

My Internet access speed when I am docked (with a wired connection) is slower than dialup. When I am in wireless mode I am experiencing speeds as advertised by my ISP.
