The task scheduler does not launch when the computer is idle

Hello,

I'm trying to start music from the task scheduler when the computer (XPS 13 9380) is idle :

cmd_ /c start "" "C:\Users\users\Desktop\music.mp3"

in the task scheduler I ticked in the "General" tab : "Run whether user is logged on or not"
and in the "Conditions" tab : "Wake the computer to run the task"

I modified "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options" > "Change plan settings" >  "Change advanced power settings" > "Sleep" > "Allow wake timers" > "On battery or Plugged in" > "Activate"  (To see "Allow wake timers")

My task does not start when my computer is sleeping ?

I tested the application "Alarms and clock", my computer wake up correctly.

Thanks
