Touchpad multi fingers gestures not working properly

I had to reinstall Windows 10 after getting into an automatic repair loop. Upon reinstalling, all multi finger gestures (e.g. 2 finger scroll) don't work on my touchpad (the plain scrolling and left/right buttons work fine). The touchpad isn't visible in Device Manager (even when I click to view hidden devices) and when I go to settings, the touchpad icon is visible down the left hand side, but there are no settings visible under 'sensitivity' (e.g. no way to turn multi finger gestures on or off). I have checked the latest drivers are installed, and installed the Cypress ones multiple times from the Dell website. I can't uninstall and reinstall them on Device Manager as the Touchpad isn't visible. Any ideas? Thanks.
