USB port not working

Question

Hello guys. I just had my laptop fixed.

Long story short, had my motherboard and SSD drive changed.

Now I see that the right side USB isn't working. Doesn't connect the USB flashdrive, and doesn't charge. Other usb port are working properly.

Annoying because as I understood it it the only usb port you can boot with, and I'd like to boot on USB to install Linux.

How can I get my problem solved ? I ran the diagnostic app on the website, and it didn't find anything wrong.

Alternatively : how could I boot from left side USB ?

Hello,   It is a XPS 9370. And the right port is charging, despite what I said in the original post. So it is just that it isn't working.   Thank you for taking the time

Either of the USB ports can be used to boot the system.

Sounds like the next contact is with the repair shop that worked on the system - you should have some sort of a warranty on the repair. They need to swap the board again.

We can't help much without knowing what model system you have - XPS 9300, 9500, etc.
