Unable to access bios setup after upgrade
I restarted my laptop then a bios upgrade took place.
since this upgrade, I can’t turn my laptop on (it stays on dell logo). So I tried to enter bios setting via f2, f12 and esc+ctrl keys, it starts to run but is blocked at “preparing to enter Bios setup”

Reset the system:
Unplug, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reconnect the battery and try a startup.
