Volume keys (lowering doesn't work)

Hello internet!

I'm having issues with my "New XPS 13 2in1". On my XPS, the "F1", "F2", and "F3" keys are also used for changing volume depending on "fn" lock. Right now, I can use my "F3" key to increase the volume both when the "fn" lock is disabled and I press "f3", and when the lock is enabled and I press "f3" + "fn". However, no matter what I do, I can't use any combination of "fn", "F1", and "F2" to lower or mute the volume.

I can virtually lower my volume, and I can raise it with the "F3" key, but I just can't use "F2" and "F1" to lower my volume. Any insight for me?
