Which thunderbolt dock?

I’m awaiting delivery of an XPS 13 7390. I’m going to start by running one 27” monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, two hard drives and wired speakers. Would you recommend I get a Thunderbolt 3 dock? Which one?
