WiFi Direct Connection problem XPS13 to New Sony TV.

The XPS and Sony TV both support Direct WiFi but they fail to fully connect.

The XPS see the TV WiFi and connects to it. The TV indicate that it see the XPS and goes into a registration process but eventually fails.

The TV WiFi is set to "Private Network" and I've tried disabling anti virus programmes but no joy.

I know that there are other methods of connecting to the TV but this is the issue that I want to solve.

Has anyone got any words of advice on the matter? They will be received with thanks.
