Windows Audio Device graph isolation
I just got a new XPS laptop the beginning of this month and starting yesterday, I hear this constant scratchy sound coming from the laptop. I opened task manager and see that under CPU, it says Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation is using 99% CPU. I assume this is why I'm hearing this noise so how do I fix this?
