Windows does not start on first start with BitLocker

Question

Hello together I have an XPS Notebook 13', Windows 10, BitLocker enabled.Only when I start my notebook, I enter my BitLocker pin, nothing happens, I shut down my notebook and then enter my BitLocker and Windows starts up again normally. I always have to start my device twice for Windows to start normally. I have deactivated bitlocker and have the same problem with the 2nd startup windows is loaded. I have updated the bios unfortunately same effect

Have you tried disabling Fast Start-up under power options > 'Choose what the power buttons do'? (odd place for it, I know, but ... Windows!)

Yes I have done unfortunately the symptom is exactly the same
