XPS 13 7390 2in1 Power Management (Primarily AC Use)

Question

Hi,

I am using my XPS 13 7390 2-1 in primarily ac use mode. It is supposed to help increase the lifespan of the battery by not fully charging the battery. In Dell Power Manager version 3.8.0 the mode functions correctly and my battery is charged up to 85%. However, in the current latest version 3.9.0, the battery is being charged up to 100% all the time. Is there a problem with the new version or my PC?

System BIOS v1.8.0
