XPS 13 9300 Developer Edition availability in Austria / Germany

Hello there,

my plan was to switch from my MacBook Pro (2015) to the XPS 9300 Developer Edition.

But it seems this laptop is still not available in Austria or Germany, although there was an
announcement in the german tech press in june.

In the US-Shop i could find the laptop, but only with 8GB of RAM (!?!? )
Does anybody know, when the developer edition will be available in AT or DE?
The german Dell-Support did not answer yet.
