Follow these steps
 Change the power management
1) Right-click your WiFi icon at the bottom right corner of your PC desktop and click Open Network and Sharing Center.
2) Click Change adapter settings.
3) Right-click your WiFi adapter and click Properties.
4) Click Configure.
5) Go to the Power Management tab. Un-tick the box for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Click OK.

Having the same issue. Why has there not been any resolution on this?

Came across the issue this morning after  updating to the latest windows 11 version yesterday

Tried flushing DNS, which is still touch and go at the moment.  To add to this, I have restarted the adapter in Windows 11. Certain websites are loading, while others aren't. This is not because of any firewall blocking the connection at all, I'm literally doing this on my old laptop with the same settings, and every website opens up without fail.

Please assist urgently in resolving this issue?
