XPS 13 9310: Proper BIOS release notes

BIOS update 3.13.1 for XPS 13 9310 says "Improved the stability of the system."

Can someone tell me the actual changes or update the release notes to be more specific?

Both my software update application in linux and the website give the same vague statement
