XPS 13 9320 Sleep not working - possible solution
XPS 13 Plus 9320
I have tried all possible options to get the Sleep function to work. I just was able to get it working by unplugging the laptop from the power USB C cable and then now Sleep works like a charm.
I read tons of online articles regarding Sleep not working well on XPS 13 9320 (Plus). I can tell you that I had a lot of issues with drivers and USB C connectors and ultimately I purchased a Thunderbolt 4 Docking station to resolve some issues that I did not have with my XPS 13 9300. In fact the XPS 13 9300 is an amazing laptop.
Anyway... If anyone has some kind of an answer why the Sleep function on this 9320 model works only when the power cable is unplugged, please let me know.

I have the 9320. If I close the lid with a power supply attached, it remains on. I have to unplug any power/charging device a few seconds before I close the lid. It then sleeps normally.
Yes, the setting for "When I close the lid" is set: on AC power: sleep. On battery: hibernate
