XPS 13-9350, charging problem

Every time I plug in, charging keeps connecting/disconnecting and charging light keep going on and off. Checked some other articles and tried:

1. Windows reset, no go

2. Dell command update, no go

3. Dell command power manager different battery modes, no go

4. Microsoft battery drivers uninstall, no go

5. Tried also charging via USB Type-C port, again connect/disconnect

In BIOS, battery health excellent and charger original recognized. Also, connect/disconnects even in BIOS.

Click my name and private message me the PC service tag number.

What BIOS version are you running?

In the BIOS, what % is the battery? Exit the BIOS. Disconnect the AC power adapter. Use the laptop. Get the BIOS to show battery 50%. Exit the BIOS. Plug the AC power adapter back into the laptop. Wait 15 minutes. Boot back into the BIOS. Is the battery now greater than 50%?
