XPS 13 9365 touchpad driver?

Just performed a system reset and the touchpad is no longer working. In the device manager there is only a driver for a "mouse". I don't have a mouse and never did. There is no option for touchpad settings anywhere. I cannot find any drivers on the Dell website for my touchpad.
