XPS 13 9370 Keyboard Skips Button Presses EVEN if pressed sl

So it's not the fact that I type too fast and I have already everything updated (bios 1.5.1) 

I just don't remember if I downloaded the bios update from Dell or from Intel because I remember that I manually updated the bios using an exe so idk, in case, if the Intel updated does have the keyboard fix...can I just try to re do the updated? an overwrite?

Anyway the problem is that keyboard misses some input totally random, no charger linked, battery save mode, max performances, whatever condition,even if I type slowly..

what can I do?
