XPS 13-9370, Slow boot 20 seconds

Hi there,

I have the XPS 13-9370 with i7, 512GB SSD, and 16GB of RAM. Is it normal for this laptop to take about 20 seconds to boot (from switch on to login screen). The Fast Boot is already enabled. From the time I switch on, the Dell Logo will appear for about 5 seconds, and black screen for about 5 seconds. Then the logo appear again with loading ring for about 10 seconds. This loading ring will appear randomly. If it does not appear, the boot time will be below 10 seconds. But most of times, it will appear. The pre-installed SSD is Intel 7600p series. Appreciate if you guys could advice me on this.
