XPS 13 Killer WiFi Slow

I recently purchased an XPS 13 7390 and am having issues with the WiFi going real slow (Killers ax1650). I know this has been an issue that has been brought up before. My internet plan is for 200 Mbps, and I'm getting around 20 with very slow downloads and incredibly slow transfers across network drives. Any advice? Drivers are all up to date.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me. I have a Dell XPS that is 30 days old. I can't get wifi downloads any faster than 20kpbs. I have another laptop that sits directly next to this one (a Lenovo) that gets 399kbps on the same exact wifi network. (A third machine a bit further from the router gets 255kpbs.)

I have been trying to solve this for weeks, and I cannot find any solutions. So far, technical support has been no help other than to suggest I call their sales department to buy(?) a different wifi card? I'm very confused (and frustrated).

I have a new Dell XPS 13 9310 and its Wifi is really poor. I regularly only receive around 120mbit, in a 1000 mbit connection and with a WIFI 6 router. Using my android phone I receive 400 downstream. Please fix this issue asap if it is a Killer Wifi trouble. Weirdly, the Killer Wifi app both state poor connection ( I'm sitting 2 m from the router) and also that I should use a Wifi 6 router for better connection (which I use).

What speed can be expected with a 802.11ac router and this xps 13 9310?

I'm seeing an average of 300-500mbps but sometimes when i'm downloading a file it just drops to a snails pace.

I have the same problem.  I get only 20 – 60MB download while my wife gets 200+MB with a Mac Airbook on same Wi-Fi

I only have  AVG Firewall and Antivirus active – Windows is turned off

Please advise

Ditto, I have done everything I know: update drivers, reconfigure DNS, turn off LSO, firewalls, etc and nothing makes me faster than 40-50 mbps even when I get like 150-200 mbps on my iphone in the same place.  I have gigabit wifi and a mesh system and nothing gets me quicker on my xps 13 9310 that I bought 3 months ago.

from speedtest.net I am getting

DL: 24.71 mbps

UL: 32.16 mbps

Ping: 54ms

This is all over 5GHz

I am less than 3 feet from my AP within my mesh network.  Nighthawk

Have you already tried this?

* Click the Windows icon
* Type killer
* Click Killer Control Center or Killer Network Manager
* Click Settings
- Turn Killer Prioritization Engine to Off
* Under System Settings
- Turn Advanced Stream Detect to Off

* Click Set Bandwidth Limits
- Set the Upload and Download speeds according to your paid for connection. Example, I pay SuddenLink for 500MB down. So I set both for 500MB
* Click Apply Changes

* Right-click the Start button
* Click Device Manager
* Click View
* Check Show hidden devices
* Expand Network adapters
* Right click Microsoft WiFi Direct Virtual Adapter
* Click Disable device
* Close the Device Manager, restart the PC and retest WiFi
