XPS 13 Plus (9320) Systems Managment Customization Option

For the new XPS 13 Plus (9320)  configured with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS there are only two choices to select for Systems Management:

• Intel vPro Technology Essential Management Features
• Ubuntu System Driver

I understand what vPro/AMT does where it's effectively out of band remote management, but I am confused as to what "Ubuntu System Driver" means.

Does "Ubuntu System Driver" mean vPro is disabled and inoperable completely preventing remote management?
