XPS 13 plus touch bar not working
XPS 13 Plus 9320
My touchbar is not working randomly. I have ran though all windows updates and Dell support updates. It will work randomly then stop again. Is there something I am missing?

By not working what do you exactly mean? Do the lights remain on? Do they shut off? etc

Apologies, the lights remain on, if I press the function key they switch to the F row but tapping them doesn't do anything.

Do they function without pressing the function key? Example: does the volume up/down function when those are the buttons that are being shown?

I sm having the same problem. Bar lights up, and function switches bar to function keys, but touching any of the "keys" on the bar does nothing. Cant change volume, lighting, etc......

I've got a similar problem. The touchbar's lights are not on and there is no function when pressing the touch keys. Is there a way to enable the lights? They're always off.

Same problem - it's lighting up, and I can press the (hardware) function button and the buttons reflect the change from volume up, down etc. to the function keys, but pressing the capacitive buttons themselves in either function does nothing.
