I cannot find the XPS 13 plus with Ubuntu for purchase anymore. Will it be available again soon?

You do not want to purchase that machine. I suggest you look for another brand.
I have the XPS Plus 13, and it has an unstable base. I have to put a card under the closest right corner so it doesn't move up and down.
Dell quality has gone down, and customer support will tell you, in an instance like mine, that the system operates as intended...
Run before you give them over $1000.00; you cannot recoup.
