XPS 15 7590, RAM upgrade

Question

Today, I bought a new sodimm ram ddr 4 modules Kingston HyperX Impact 32 kit(2x16) (HX426S15IB2K2/32) for my xps 7590, but laptop don’t want work with this modules. I have post code error 2-3 on led (memory not found). What’s wrong with my memory? But I know, this properly functioning modules BIOS ver. = 1.5.0 memory speed 2666 MgH dual-channel  1.2 V
