XPS 15 7590 locks up when flexed

I bought an XPS 15 7590 on Black Friday and have send the laptop lockup when the chassis is flexed.

The first time I noticed it, my wife handed me the laptop by one corner of the base. The laptop hung with horizontal colored lines across the screen. Only a force power off by holding down the power button would shut it off. I dismissed it the first time but it has happened several times since. I began to notice that it only happened when the chassis base was flexed by moving the laptop. I manually flexed the base a little today and was able to make it lockup.

Mine is the 7590, Core i5, 8GB, FHD Non-Touch, 256GB M.2 SSD model.

It's still under warranty but I thought I would ask to see if this issue has been seen before and what the fixes were for it.
