XPS 15 7590 - problem with fingerpint reader and bluetooth
Hi I am having so many problems with this laptop, it is really frustrating.
This time I put it on sleep (using power button), then closed the lid and left. When I returned it was so hot I could not even touch it. I was not able to start it at all at first. After like an hour of cooling off I finally started it but instead booting to Windows it went directly to some Dell repair software system. I run a check and did the recommended autofix. Then I finally booted into windows but the both bluetooth and fingerprint scanner are not working. I checked device manager and they both can not start (even though they have latest driver). The info says:
fingerprint:
This device cannot start. (Code 10). The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated.
bluetooth:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
I am really disappointed. I have this laptop for a month and was most of the time just fixing some problems. Some of them are still there and I can not fix it at all.
