XPS 15 9500 Kernel-Power error (unexpected shut-down) during sleep mode activated (lid closed)
Hi Experts,
My new XPS 15 9500 continuously shut-down unexpected during sleep (lid closed). When boot-up, the Event Viewer always report that I have a Kernel-Power (41, 63) error and there is no minidump file generated for me to check.
What I have done:
- Fresh reinstall 3 versions of Windows (20H2, 2004, 1909)
- Uninstall and reinstall the Intel UHD Driver and Killer Network driver
- Reflash the BIOS (1.4.0)
Anyone have a idea?

I have been facing this randomly as well when the lid closes. But I have yet to upgrade to 20H2 of Windows 10.

Did you get the unexpected shut-down during sleep mode solved?
I had couple of same situations since I bought 9500 one month ago. But I am not sure it is because of Kernel power error or not.
