XPS 15 9500, possible keyboard issue
So I just bought an XPS 15 9500 and I am having this weird issue where I cannot type the ^ symbol properly.
The 6 key works fine but when I click shift+6 I have to click them twice and then I get two ^^ of the arrows. All of the other special characters on the numbers work as expected it is just this arrow on key 6 that is messed up.
Has anyone ran into this issue before and is there a fix? I don't want to keep having to delete one each time I want to use this symbol. (also just found out that the quote button that similar behaviour).
Thanks for the help.

Turns out the default input method was set to US-International which uses some of they keys as "Dead-keys" which was what was causing this issue for me. Changing the default keyboard input fixed this issue for me.

Also I just ran the trouble shooter and when I press any of the problem keys instead of stating the key's value in the readout it says 'KEY PRESSED'
