Did you run the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup) or Support Assist (the latter is under Windows and well known for false positives)?
Run the hardware diagnostics by pressing F12 a few times at powerup. Any errors: record by number (2000-0142, etc.) AND the validation code. Then contact your seller for assistance (all support there is handled through your dealer).
If no error arises in the hardware diagnostics, you can safely ignore what was reported by Support Assist. Freezing is more often caused by software issues than by hardware failures.
