XPS-15 9530 Battery Boot issue.

XPS-25 9530 boots fine with A/C plugger in, but error on battey attempt to boot. If I boot up properly with A/C then unplug the A/C the system crashes.  I try to boot only from battery and it goes into a self repair screen over and over, never self fixing. Computer is aproximately 4 to 5 years old.

Battery shows full charge, but is it not accurate?  

New Battery needed?
