XPS 15 9530 Screen Issue

After a recent update my screen has had this issue. I've seen this effect before and normally a reboot would fix it. However that's not the case this time.

So far I've tried updating all the drivers and changing the resolution, but no luck. I've also connected to an external display, which works fine and doesn't show this issue.

Note that when it boots up, the issue isn't there, and the Dell logo displays normally. However the problem appears when it opens my desktop. I'm running Windows 10. Any help is appreciated!
