XPS 15 9550, screen crack, #2

Question

Hi everybody

Today I had the most unexpected problem with my XPS 15 9550: during a presentation at a customer site, the screen cracked. First I thought it was a hair, but sadly the screen was cracked.

Does anyone ever had such incidence?

If you can send me your system service tag in a private message I can take a look at your warranty and provide further details. Follow the steps below for sending your information to me in a private message.

For my notes, send me via Private Message the Service tag number, your name, address, phone number and email address
* Go to the top of this thread
* Click the Envelope
* Click the blue "New Message" box
* Paste my name DELL-Jesse L into the "Send to" blank
* Click my icon. My name should now be listed in the "Send to" blank
* Message Subject =
* Message Body =
