The RAM specs are what you already know to be 2400 MHz and a total of 32 GB. If you go to fater RAM it will clock down to 2400 so there is not much point to it. And installing a larger total of RAM has not been tested or verified as compatible. More than likely you would get blue screens or the system would not boot. The following link has more information.
As far as an SSD though you can go to 2 TB and the link to Crucial has a number of guaranteed compatible drives though you can go to any quality manufacturer to purchase drives.
Thank you both for answering this. I asked several other places, including some official Dell accounts but none of them were able to give me a proper answer like you did.
I will most likely get a Samsung Evo Plus for the SSD, I'm sure it's compatible.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Fultakfard
Most documentation and Crucial's web site has 32GB max.
XPS 15 Setup and Specifications:
https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/xps-15-9560-laptop/xps-15-9560-setupandspecifications/memory?guid=guid-43ee520c-b7d7-4df7-bdf2-0369c9a44260&lang=en-us
Dell XPS 15 (9560) compatible upgrades:
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Dell/xps-15-%289560%29
Yes you can add faster memory but it will still clock-down to what the CPU's and Chipset's limit is.
And yes you can add a 2TB and even larger SSD.
Best regards,

Your very welcome @Fultakfard
Beware of the EVO 970's.
There have been reports of compatibility issues with some XPS models.

Agreed as U2 stated. A nice drive but make sure you purchase from a retailer that will allow you to return it if you have any compatibility issues.
