XPS 15 9570 - Cannot update graphics drivers, cannot adjust screen brightness

I have a brand new 9570 and I cannot update the Intel Graphics 630 Driver. 

Dell SupportAssist cannot fix it. I've downloaded the update manually from Dell's website, deleted the old driver, and when I install driver update, Windows registers a problem (Code 43) and cannot complete installation. I have a second, working 9570, and I've tried installing the same Windows OS Version (First 1803, then 1809) and then updating the drivers, but I get the same error codes.
