XPS 15 9570 Display Driver Issues

Hey guys, I've been struggling with my display drivers ever since the latest windows feature update (Version 1809, build 17763.379). When installing the latest driver provided by SupportAssist, the Intel Graphics Control panel disappears. This is a huge problem, as my display is extremely over-saturated, and not being able to dial the colour saturation down in the control panel makes my machine unusable. When downloading an older version of the driver (23.20.16.4973), the graphics control panel is there and I am able to control the display saturation, but the display brightness settings no longer work. The slider goes up and down, but the display brightness does not change. This is both when plugged in and when unplugged. Advanced power settings do not include an option to turn off adaptive brightness, which is what I thought may be causing this. Hence, I am stuck between not being able to control my brightness, and not being able to control the saturation. Specs: Windows 10 Home i7 32GB Ram 1TB SSD 4k Touch screen HELP!
